The competition was held at Petco Park which was a
pretty cool experience! Brooklin had 4 girls in her age
group and she held her own. She had 3 hits which
weren't too bad, she had 6 throws which she struggled
with - she was so close but just missing the target.
And the run was from 2nd to home.
I'm so proud of her for doing her best,
she took 2nd place!!!
After the competition we had to try out a bbq
place that Kasey had recommended, Phil's BBQ!
It was delish and a lot of food...
The boys went on a tour of the USS Midway and
the girls headed to Seaport Village to shop.
We stayed on the harbor so it was all in
walking distance which was nice.
Later that night we hit the baseball game
Padres vs. Nationals, Padres for the win!
It was fedora night so we all got a sweet hat!
