it's the most wonderful time of the year....

12.23.15
It's been my mom's wish to spend Christmas at a cabin
and this year it happened. For our gift this year they rented
a cabin up near Duck Creek Village on Cedar Mountain.
The kids went up with my parents and Kasey's family earlier
on Wednesday since I had to work most of the day. They got
settled in and went to find a tree to cut down!
The kids were in heaven with all the snow, they built a
snowman in the front of the cabin to complete the Christmas scene!
They also decorated gingerbread men the first night..

On Christmas Eve day we went sledding behind the trucks
and had a blast. The power was out for most of the morning so
we had to consume our time with something. We didn't
have any injuries so that is a good day!!!!
We headed back to the cabin to get warm with hot
chocolate and get ready for our evening...
We opened gifts from the cousins and played some games.
Hook the candy cane, waddle like a penguin, build a
snowman, pictionary and got ready for Santa to come!
