So this post is a few days late - My mom's birthday was on July 30th and she planned her own party. She got tickets for the Sound of Music at the Tuachan and we ate dinner at Red Lobster. Nick volunteered to stay home with Mason and Kasey had to work so they missed out on all the fun. The Sound of Music was good, Brooklin enjoyed it and everytime the lights would dim she'd say, "Is there another show?"
Happy Birthday MOM! Thanks for planning such a fun night, we need to take you out for ice cream - we didn't even eat dessert that night!
Thanks for being such a wonderful mom and grandma. We love you so much and don't know what we'd do without you in our lives. You are always so willing to watch the kids and help out when we need it and the kiddos LOVE coming over to your house. You are a great example of what a mother should be: kind, giving, willing to serve, loving, fun, always up for a good time. Happy Birthday!!!
