parowan half and 5k

8.1.15

Somehow I got talked into running the 

Parowan 5k which was better than running

the half!!! Jenny and I tackled the 5k and then

we cheered on Wade, Juwlz and Blue while 

they finished the half! I finished around my usual

34 min time which I was happy with since 

I was sore from hiking the Subway earlier that week!

We headed to St George after the race to celebrate

Grandma's birthday!!! The guys went golfing and 

the girls ended up cooking and doing all the work.

Addi got this truck stuck in her hair and I worked

for about a half hour before getting the tires off

so we didn't have to cut her hair!!!!

Mason also got his pads today so he had to model

them for me when we got home!
